Reporting to the Director of Sales - Joints, this dynamic role will see you lead a team of sales representatives and clinical specialists to achieve sales targets and identify and develop business opportunities. You will be required to implement business strategies and coordinate internal business processes to support and deliver service innovation. RESPONSIBILITIES Mentor, lead and further empower a High Performing Sales Team. Solutions-based thinking with the ability to capture opportunities. Build and maintain long term, lasting customer relationships with key decision makers. Create a positive and motivational work environment. Hold regular account review meetings to track progress against account plans and targets. Deliver and exceed the agreed forecast budget and Business Plan. Cultivate strong key account relationships across the orthopaedic sector. Qualifications ITS ALL ABOUT YOU Tertiary qualification in Health Sciences, Business or Engineering or related fields. Prior industry experience within orthopedic medical devices is highly desirable Demonstrated leadership attributes and achievements Strong collaborator able to create genuine partnerships.
